About the event

When you're deliberately setting out to draw something cute, there's a few things to keep in mind to achieve maximum cuteness. And I love drawing cute stuff and critters so I've picked up some hints, tips, and pointers along the way.

This is going to be a bit more of a technical drawing class so if you're an aspirising illustrator, this one is for you. Cute stuff gets licenced, turned into kids TV shows, slapped on lunch boxes, and printed on tshirts. It's an excellent skill set to have!

This class is with: Sara

Suitable for age group: 8 and up

Parent note: When I say it's a technical class, I mean that there's going to be a fair bit of talking as well as drawing. So if your young artist has trouble sitting still or listening to instructions, this might not be the class for them. But if they're really into drawing and interested in manga/anime, kawaii, comics, or illustration and want to extend their skills, send them along!
