Make your own Artist Trading Cards - school holidays
Time & Location
About the Event
Artist Trading Cards is a worldwide collaborative art project that anyone can be a part of. It was started in 1997 by M. Vänçi Stirnemann, a Swiss artist. The cards are 2.5" x 3.5" (about the same size as a Pokemon or Magic card) and his idea was that none of the work was for sale, rather a way for artists to gift each other small original works.
In this class, we'll make a whole bunch of ATC's of our very own and swap them with each other on the day. We'll use lots of different art making techniques and materials including stamping, drawing, collage, sewing, and painting, to create your own tiny unique cards.
